Dental health is one of the key for individual to gain his/her best overall health condition where the key for dental health itself is a good oral hygiene. Good oral hygiene is obtained through the oral health behavior of each individual. Some of oral health behavior that is easy to do are brushing teeth with 3T (tepat, tekun, dan teratur / right method, diligently, regularly) for 2 minutes at least 2 times a day, eating non-cariogenic foods, and doing dental check up at least every 6 months.

Dentistry is based on the individual, not a one size fits all.
